Who is responsible

What we collect

When you save an itinerary: your email address, your name if you give it, and your trip preferences.

When you request a bespoke quote: your name, email, optional phone number and the details of your stay.

We do not use advertising trackers.

Why we use it

To send you your itinerary, to answer your quote request and prepare a proposal, and to follow up on that request. The legal basis is your request (pre contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in replying to you. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Itinerary and quote requests are kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted.

Who receives it

Only our team. Technical providers that host the website, the database and our emails process data on our behalf, under contracts that protect it. Some may be located outside the European Union, with appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy, by writing to contact@rendez-vous-frenchriviera.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Every email we send includes a link to stop receiving them.

This website only uses technical storage needed for it to work. No advertising or tracking cookies are set, so no consent banner is required.
